Frequently Asked Questions (Please contact the Park Manager for more information)
Q: Are there rules for the community? A: Yes, the park has reasonable and formally adopted Rules & Regulations which set forth what is and is not allowed as conditions of tenancy. The intent of these Rules & Regulations is to have clear understanding between management and residents, as well as between neighbors, and to help protect property values for all.
Q: Do you have any rental homes? A: Rancho Chico is a community of homeowners. Subject to the specific exemptions in the MRL, the Park's rules require that at least one Resident occupying the home must be an owner of the home, and spaces upon which homes sit may not be sub-leased.
Q: Do you allow RVs? A: Rancho Chico allows only mobile homes and manufactured homes in spaces for occupancy. RVs are only allowed to be stored in the secure storage area, unoccupied and for a fee, but not on home spaces or in driveways.
Q: What are the requirements for residency? A: The park requires each applicant for residency to demonstrate sufficient income and credit to qualify for residency approval, as well as sufficient tenancy history and apparent ability to comply with the community's Rules & Regulations. Rancho Chico MHP is an equal opportunity housing provider, and we welcome all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, physical or mental disability, familial status or any other classification protected by law. We are committed to providing an opportunity for all people to call Rancho Chico home. Q: What amenities are available? A: The park has a clubhouse with complete kitchen facilities available for holding functions, get-togethers and parties, on-site coin-operated laundry facilities, a seasonal pool and spa with adjacent lawn area and covered patio for games and gatherings, and secure storage area for boats, trailers, and vehicles.
