THEN AND NOW

Rancho Chico MHP is named after John Bidwell's 26,000 acre ranch and homestead which became the social and cultural center of the upper Sacramento Valley in the mid 1800s.   Today's Rancho Chico MHP is a community that honors the legacy of the hard-working people who settled and cultivated a life among the orchards and pastures of the valley.  The community provides a social and cultural hub where homeowners have pride of ownership not only in their home but also in their community.  Please visit and see for yourself why so many make Rancho Chico MHP their home.  You are welcome here.
